Amity Volunteer Fire Department Requests Rural Metro Ambulance...

Monday February 22, 2010

Rural Metro Ambulance offered a Paramedic Assistance Class at the Amity Volunteer Fire Department. This class helps the basic emergency medical technician assist the paramedic in their time of need on the recognition of medic supplies and what uses some of the equipment can be used for in different situations.

Chief Jackie Brockman requested this class due to the everyday working relationship with Rural Metro Ambulance. Rural Metro Ambulance serves all of the Johnson County communities with the exception of two. This is why he felt is very important to offer this training to his staff.

Rural Metro Ambulance offers free trainings to it's contracted agencies and departments across Indiana and looks forward to more events and educational opportunities. So please contact billyjack_mefford@rmetro.com for more information.
